1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
We offer shipping options based on destination and carrier availability.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 2–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–15 business days (estimated)
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

3. SHIPPING COSTS

5. RETURNS

- Return request is made within 14 calendar days of delivery
- Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:

- Items not in original condition
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

7. REFUNDS

9. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.
10. CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be modified or canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be changed.
